Modern multi-family townhomes featuring angled roofs, wood and white siding, and warm evening lighting, designed by Anthropos Design Studio for high-end residential living in the Pacific Northwest.

Portland Triplex

This Pacific Northwest triplex is envisioned as a composed, enduring environment where clarity, balance, and human comfort take precedence. The design unfolds as a sequence of interconnected spaces, carefully modulated to alternate between openness and enclosure, brightness and shadow, shared activity and quiet retreat. Proportion and rhythm guide the arrangement, with recurring rectangular forms lending structure and calm to both interior and exterior.

Each three-story residence is planned for the steady rhythms of daily life—rooms flowing naturally into one another while preserving moments of privacy. A restrained palette and tactile materials create interiors that feel grounded yet light, relying on spatial quality and natural illumination rather than ornament.
