Ruslan Golubev is the founder of Anthropos Design Studio, a Pacific Northwest–based residential design practice creating spaces of lasting character—rooted in place, attuned to life, and distilled to their essential form. His work spans settings from urban neighborhoods to the open landscapes of northern Washington, shaped by a commitment to simplicity, proportion, and spatial calm.
Of Greek descent, Golubev draws from a cultural legacy that values permanence, clarity, and the relationship between people and place. This heritage, combined with a modern sensibility, informs an approach where every surface, junction, and proportion is considered in pursuit of enduring harmony.
Currently completing his Bachelor of Architecture at Portland State University, Ruslan is influenced by the quiet rigor of John Pawson and the measured precision of Eric W. Reinholdt. He approaches each commission—whether new or adaptive—with the belief that architecture should frame daily life with grace and purpose.
